I would like to take all my contact info fromquickbooks and import it into outlook. Is this poosible?

File>Utilities>Synchronize Contacts

Only certain versions of Outlook and QuickBooks support this. See the Knowledge Base...

Only if Quickbook can export it to a CSV file format, edit the headers to match what Outlook expects.
It can also import from Access/Excel but I find CSV the best and simple format to use.
