I have 14 of the 4x5 Negatives of Michael Landon....some with his son, and ex wife I believe she was. Also there are some from the People's Choice awards, and him and his wife in swim suites.

Do you know how much they might be worth and where I can get pictures made from these?

Any help would be great!!!

The 4x5 format used to be very popular. What I like about it is the fact that you don't lose as much sharpness when you enlarge. You can have prints made at any photo processing outlet. They might be worth something to a fan or a collector. I would try E-Bay.

The easiest way to get pictures made would be to scan the negatives. Certain epson scanners came with adaptors for 4 x 5 neg.'s.
You should contact an auction house in the Hollywood area to see what they're worth, if anything. However, they'll ask you to prove legal ownership.

I would recommend contacting an auction house in New York, Chicago or Altanta. Photos of stars would normally be worth less to people in Hollywood because they are more plentiful there.

In addition to proving ownership you will need to prove copyright. If someone in the family took them you will need a notarized statement from the photographer, or from two or more family members if the photographer has passed away.
