] wash your hair with clarifying shampoo. Lather and rinse twice.
] don't use any other product on hair until it feels normal
] wash all combs, brushes, whatever you use on your head [hats too!]
] When hair feels normal again [ after a few shampoo days ] buy a shampoo and conditioner for your type hair.
] comb hair before washing - this is a must for long hair
] wet hair, apply shampoo, and scrub scalp about as vigorously as you brush your teeth. Do not scrub the shaft of the hair - it doesn't need it and wet hair is fragile. Rinse thoroughly.
] apply conditioner to shaft of hair, not scalp. Your skin and those new hairs don't need it.
] comb wet hair ONLY with a wide tooth comb- a brush will break and split wet hairs
] try to use only products [ gel, mousse, spray ] for your hair type, and don't use all of them at once!
