The scanner uses com port for connection

The manufacturer does not carry the product anymore as it is already old. Brand is instant-dict. i tried their website but they only have translator there.

Try the manufacturers website for software for drivers to run the scanner. If its using a com port it is probably older and might be hard to find.
If you are looking for the software that scans the cards and inputs the data into Outlook etc.then the best one is
and maybe only company is CardScanner. I use their software with a regular scanner. I just line up 9 business cards on my flatbed scanner and put a piece of black paper ontop as a background. It picks up all 9 at a time!
The Cardscanner software is not cheap though. I listed the link below.

Who's the manufacturer of the device? Usually you could find the drivers for a device on the manufacturers website.

Website of the manufacturer should have the drivers listed under model number.
