or take laxatives
there is nothing else really that you can do in two days.

Breakfast-a bowl of oatmeal you can add milk,sugar,fruit and the amount of oatmeal does not matter...just not in a mixing bowl.

Lunch-1 can of tuna with mustard

Dinner-1-2 cans of tuna with mustard

Exercise- not really needed at all but if you want you can do sit ups

Well, on Tyra it showed that she was wrapped up in this special bandage thing all over her body and she had to jump on a small trampoline for 30min...then she switched over on a different exercise equip. for 30min and w/in an hour she lost about 2in on her body...it was weird...
