You can't. Domestic terrorism, by its very nature, is not something you can ever really stop or prevent in any meaningful way. Just as importantly, the actual threat is so low that it's not something you should ever bother concerning yourself with. You should be more concerned about cancer or dying in a car accident, because those things are far far far more likely. As is being struck by lightning.

Unfortunately, the terrorism you're talking about is usually targeted at unaware citizens that really can't do much.
Here's a key point- Situational awareness- know your surroundings, are there any unattended baggages? Is anyone suspicious? Make sure to also know the exits and try to not get stuck in the middle of a crowd.

Send the Left packing to Moscow their beloved homeland. And lock down the boarders so the only way in is through the front door and not the back. Shot off the press as they abuse the right to free speech with act of political correctness which is Communist tenant so no opposition to what they do. Send the hippie commies o Iran and Iraq to hug a Muslim terrorist and show them they love them which they do.Cindy Shewho? And John Kerry who by the way served in Viet Nam, I voted for it before I voted against it. Only shows the no brains and the lost link of the evaluation of man kind from the ape as they like to say which by the way they are trying to say are human. And how long before they abort them selves out to where we can defend ourselves and win this war and not pull out or cut and run. Stand tall and brave and vote right not left and make sure that the ones you vote for have a spine as we see many on the right would rather be Friends with the left and the left wishes to be friends with terrorist.
P.S. you have to love Karl Rove God Bless him.

Same way other countries have had to do from us!
But if you meant from the likes such as Timothy McVeigh,or other groups. Then just kick it with the Mexicans because we've been survivors on our back yards all our lives!
With some exceptions unfortunately.

Drastically adjust your foreign policy to the point where you're no longer the self-proclaimed "police" of the world. No one likes having other ideals and philosophies shoved down their throats. That's one of the main reasons why terrorists are mad. Bring on the thumbs downs.

make it the law, that in every single event of terrosism we should firstly consider the government as the perpetrators and should seek evidence to support that charge, if none is found then it should be presumed the the main patsy be found guilty.

abandon cut and run and the pork barrel policies the pelosi/reid regime back. announcing a retreat date to the enemy in no way is patriotic, bipartisan or supporting the troops...its BULL and clearly for political gain. the best way we support anit terrorism is fighting it over there so it dosent come over here. anything else is naked raw cowardice...aka harry reid.
