I mean, there are some things that are just hard to digest and yet you know there must be a reason for it. How do you keep cool and handle it?

What did you expect, heaven on earth? This world is for testing and building character for the next world. Yes its hard its meant to be. Hang in there..........it'll pay off.
"Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world, to test those who live on the earth."
Rev 3:10

Not *everything* that happens is from God, but He allows some things to happen and there is always a reason behind it, whether it be for the better good of all (remember that He gave his only Son to shed His blood for the good of all) or He has to get something out of the way to make way for something new or it was someones turn to "come Home". God allows the devil to run around and gives us free will - to see who will follow whom. Keep the faith and don't try to figure God out...just trust Him in that He knows what is best for us all, each and every one of us. God Bless...

That's meaningless drivel. The only possible explanation would be the same one I'd give you had you claimed, "Anything that happens is from Humpty Dumpty! How do you explain that?"

All you did was make a meaningless (and false) statement and ask for an explanation.

Nothing that happens is from god, because there is no god, never was one. You don't even know what 'god' is, do you? of course not.

Not all things are from God. The enemy still has a hand in many things, although God sometimes allows things to happen that we do not understand. Our faith and endurance come into hard testing times, but what good are they if they are never proven? It is hard to understand, but God cares more for our spiritual lives in the end than for the temporary lives of our flesh.

Here is a better way to view it. All things spiritual and eternal come from God. Everything else was not made that was made. Understanding this helps put things in their proper perspective and answers many question, but a shift to a spiritual basis of life is required before the pieces of the puzzle begin to fit.

Not when your Dealing with a GOD who can Create Human Beings and then give them a FreeWill.

Think of this. Do you hold the guy that invented the automobile guilty for all of the wrecks that happen?

There are alot of Reasons why things happen on this Earth.
1. Chance happens to all men
2. FreeWill of Human Beings
3. You Reap what you Sow
4. satan goes around (killing, stealing and destroying) seeking WHOM he may devour

Hope this helps.

All things work for the glory of God. When you are looking at a piece of weaving work in the making the underside is usually more visible. It looks like a jumbled mass of thread. It is only when it is done and laid down that the beauty and symmetry becomes apparent. So too I believe are our lives. Many of the hardest things in this life I have received have worked to bring me closer to God. Even Kidney failure as much as I detest it has brought me closer and taught me to lean on God and to take life slower and cherish it more.

I don't believe that anything that happens is from God.

Obviously not.

Sin is doing something against the will of God. God does allow us to choose to sin or not. God lets us learn from it.

Two verses help me. All things work for the good for those who trust in Christ. What the devil means for destruction, God can turn for good.

don't agree. I'm a Christian and not all comes from God.
Evil and its intentions are not from God.
God may be watching but free will is still allowed.

Hey, History is His Story. As Author, He can do as He likes. He knows what He's doing. Otherwise, we would never have been published.
