I think that God knows how unbeleivably hard it is in todays world to trust and beleive in something that you cannot see or hear or feel. If there is a God I hope he would understand the struggle to beleive and accept the human error. The human error being humans have a hard time in trusting what cannot be proved. So to answer your question I don't think God feels threatened or upset. (This is of course assuming there is a God.)

He will never be threathened by our doubts. Whether you believe Him or not, it will by the way you live your life that will be important to Him. There have been a lot of disbelievers who lived better than the believers. If one can find that by living your life as you are, not acting the way people can only accept you because you conform with them; and as long as you do not disregard other's right to live the way they are too, maybe in harmony the world will be a better place to live in peacefully.
There are great numbers of people who believe in Him unquestionably. In Soddom and Gomorrah, He said to Abraham finally "if you can find even one who is righteous in the place, I will not destroy the City". But since none was found, so He destroyed it. Why will He be threathened when He can destroy and will He mind if no one believes in Him?

Just as the sun is not threatened by the rays of light it emits, God is not threatened by man (or the dream of a man).

Our doubts are just our problems... And... we can not say that God feels something... God is everything.

"Therefore by enmity or by devotional service, by fear, by affection or by lusty desire—by all of these or any one of them—if a conditioned soul somehow or other concentrates his mind upon the Lord, the result is the same, for the Lord, because of His blissful position, is never affected by enmity or friendship."
PURPORT
From this verse one should not conclude that because Krishna is unaffected by favorable prayers or unfavorable blasphemy one should therefore blaspheme the Supreme Lord. Here it is said that although an enemy thinks of Krishna unfavorably, the Lord is unaffected by such antidevotional service. Generally, if one blasphemes the Supreme Personality of Godhead he is punished.

Not really, if you have doubts, it's your problem. However, God can help you overcome your problems.
