My parents have outlook express and i figured out how to set up my account but idk how to figure out my protocal and host. plz help!!!

Check on your parents' accounts, they will be using the same servers as you if you are using the same domain part of the email address, the protocol will be pop3 receiving and smtp sending, check also if there is a setting for smtp security in the outgoing server settings, this is sometimes set to requiring a secure login. If by any chance there is a difference in the domain after the @, you will need to check the servers with the isp.

specific you may password your id. Open Outlook exhibit>report>id>cope with Identities, click on your id or create a clean one, click residences and set to require password etc. Edit: If yours became the 1st account set up, it maximum possibly would be the main id
