find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

particular you could. Have seventy 5 grams of sparkling meat, poultry or fish with a cup of vegetables and a facet plate of uncooked salad at each and every meal for the two months, no longer something, and an exercising which makes you sweat for a million/2 an hour an afternoon. Drink 8 glasses of water an afternoon. - no juices, purely a small apple or pear or peach as quickly as an afternoon.

The best diet is no diet. If you deprive yourself, you will binge eat, and gain weight.

Check out Yahoo Groups and look at those that discuss the Weight Watchers program. Or join Weight Watchers online. You do not have to buy special food, but you will learn proper nutrition and will lose weight.

Also, to tone it up--walk. Walking will help your clothes to fit better.

my mom is going on a rice and leaf (salad with not a lot of dressing) she is eating like baked chicken but that is the only meat she will eat hers is until June 24th no chips there is something called clear it is carbonated water it has zero calories no sodium and caffeine free it has nothing but carbonated, flavored water try it i love it and no soda it is a great replacement i love it and i am not even trying to lose weight i would go with that (make sure the rice doesn't have a lot of calories)
