I feel really sick and was wondering if an hour of fast walking would help me feel better and if it would help burn a lot of those calories. Or am I doomed to gain 2 pounds tomorrow?

Exercise will help with the digestion of your binge. Need to find out why you eaten so much and how often you do this. If it is not a problem, then just eat correctly at your next meal. If you find that you binge more than once a week, then you should pick up a book at your local library on eating disorders.

Best of luck.

P.S. One of my binge foods was cereal. Loved cereal. Went from 130 pounds to 263 pounds because I had a eating disorder "Binge/Emotional Eating." Lost 112 pounds in 1.5 years by not dieting but working/reading on my binge problems and why I do it.

Do exercise but wait about an half an hour to an hour after you've eaten and drink a lot of water.
If you try to exercise now you won't be burning anything and you will feel even more sick.
You really don't want to do that. Tomorrow when you wake up you are going to have heart burn.

lol...first ask yourself why you ate those things and so much of them. Personally I'd let it digest at least an hour and then swim or brisk walk. Perhaps the next time you feel like stuffing yourself for whatever reason choose popcorn or fruit...drinking water can also make you feel fuller and curb hunger cravings.

Yes, taking a walk is a good idea, it will help to digest food faster.
Just promise yourself to eat better tomorrow.

That is what you call binging, nothing you can do to correct this behavior after its done, you need to watch what you eat and make better choices.
