I don't see a fuse location for it on the diagram. HELP! Being a girl I know nothing about cars and don't really care how to know just that they work.

See pages 141-143 of this (free-download) owners manual for your 1998 Ford Explorer:

page 141 shows you the location of the power distribution box
page 143 describes the fuse/relay location for the horn as position 10 of the diagram on page 142

i own a shop and there is a fuse for it though in the main fuse panel ,id try that first,if necessary pull them out one at a time and look at them ,you,ll see the one that's blown,and keep in mind some of the best mechanics around are women,so don't be afraid to try and fix it,but try the fuse first,this is usually what makes those not work,good luck.
