The dog can be spayed and aborted at the same time. Shame on you for not spaying a dog before it comes into its first heat. You have lost some health advantages by not doing that. But there are still other advantages to be gained by still spaying.

You do not say how long ago the puppy was mated, but if it was within the last few days you may still be able to chemically abort the litter. See your vet as a matter of extreme ergency and ask for advice and help.
Your dog is too young to have a litter safely. The biggest problem is that she has not yet finished growing and the extra calcium that will be needed for the litter will most likely affect the amount of bone that she will make for her own skeleton. This could end up causing her problems in later life. The bone density may well be compromised, as well as the quantity, leading to potential growth plate problems etc.
You need to talk to the dietician at your vet surgery and, if you are unable to abort the litter, ask advice about special diets and mineral supplements. in order to avoid deficiency diseases occuring during pregnancy.
Unfortunately ther are no short cuts to avoid the problems that you face and your mistake in allowing her to get caught will just have to be put down to experience.
Good luck with your puppy.

if it has been only 24 to 48 hours there is a miss mating shot that will get abort the puppies. if you are not going to breed then wait till she is out of season to spay her. if it has been to long then make sure that she is feed a high quality food and the vet should checks her out and give her vitamins.

This cycle will last for 3 weeks, after this, you can get her spayed. She will be spotting blood and you MUST keep her away from all males during this period.
