Don't think they dealt with drugs persay...but did advise against being drunk....
1 Ephesians 5: 15 Be very careful, then, how you live--not as unwise but as wise,
16 making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.
17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will is.
18 Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit.
19 Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord,
20 always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 7:1 - "Therefore, since we have these promises, beloved ones, let us cleanse ourselves of every defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in God’s fear."

Drugs, over-indulgence of alcohol, etc qualify for defilement of the body.Everyone should follow this advice, not "just because the Bible says so", but because there have been studies and obvious effects of what drugs can do to a person's body, life, relationships, etc.

The Bible says:
"And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."
Colossians 3:17
and:
"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship."
Romans 12:1

If you think you can obey these commands by going out and getting stoned, I don't think you are really dealing sincerely with the Lord.
