Where is a good and reputable website that I could submitt my photos at and expect companies to actually look at them?

You could try to upload your pics on www.ftv.com, I cannot be sure whether there is a option but I guess it's worth a shot.

besides what is suggested, post different poses of photos...-> casual, formal, party, wild, innocent look ...
