He was talking to the other two parts of the Trinity, God the son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit.
Each member of the Trinity is God: The Father is God: John 6:27; Romans 1:7; 1 Peter 1:2. The Son is God: John 1:1, 14; Romans 9:5; Colossians 2:9; Hebrews 1:8; 1 John 5:20. The Holy Spirit is God: Acts 5:3-4; 1 Corinthians 3:16 (The One who indwells is the Holy Spirit - Romans 8:9; John 14:16-17; Acts 2:1-4).

Apparently there were a ton of them.
"Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth... when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?"
And the next question, why is it emphasized that man was in God's image, male and female?
"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."
Maybe women are not inferior after all, or some subspecies of human, but are made in the image of Deity also.

Refers to the Trinity; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. as John 1:1 says....:In the beginning was the Word (Jesus Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."

Just as we are made of mind, body, and spirit, God too is three in one, a Holy Trinity. God, the Father, was speaking to God, the Son, and God, the Holy Spirit.

Who indeed? Some scholars think that earliest Judaism had some idea (borrowed from other ancient religions of the time) of a feminine identity of God. Ruah, the Hebrew name for Spirit is actually feminine.

It doesn't mean you look like God, but that you have an eternal soul. You will be somewhere forever. You will never entirely cease to exist, whether in Heaven or Hell, and this is because God loves you.
