first base - kiss (hugging is not a base, it's always okay)
2nd base - boob
3rd base - groping, touching
home run - all the way
touchy touchy (normally called touchy-feely)- feeling on each other, touching each other

First base = Kissing & touching
Second base = Some touching, some under the clothes
Third base = Full touching under the clothes + Oral
Home run = Sex
Touchy touchy -- could be a couple of things. It could be sexual touching, or it could mean that somebody is emotionally sensitive (cries or yells at the drop of a hat).

well i would think touchy touchy is when you get to now each other in a different way
(if you now what i mine) but not doing it
it also could mean 69
o also the bases are 1st going out 2nd kissing 3rd make out or 69ing and home is of course doing it

do you mean like when someone says "I got to third base with her?" like that? I think first base is holding hands and kissing, second base is heavy petting, and third base is all the way. I don't know what touchy touchy means. Unless you're talking about someone said something to you and you snapped at them and they said, touchy touchy! It means like "you're grumpy today!" or something like that.

To me, "touchy touchy" is when you try to feel up the other person.
In my opinion, these are the bases:
First base: deep kissing and slight fondling over the clothes
Second base: fondling under the clothes
Third base: fellatio/cunnilingus
Fourth/Home: copulation

Hey! Its where you touch a person all the time like well.....anywhere basically!!! And the bases are like 1st base touching beingclose 2nd base kissing doing things sexually related and 3rd is going all the way a homerun really! Hope this helps! =)
