find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

only eat fresh foods, nothing out of cans. other than tuna. no pop. no fast foods. eat half portions, walk 3-5 miles every day. this is how i have lost 10 pound each month in past 5 months. exercise as much as you can. never eat then go to bed. wait at least 2 hour after last meal before you go to bed. i traded my beloved pepsi for green tea with ginseng, i drink pure fruit juices too. cranberry and apple go great together. this is a good diet, and you don't starve self to death. and you will lose weight. i started out at 260 pounds at the 1st of the year, today i at 210. i shooting for 180 by my birthday in august. good luck to ya.

good day I say regardless of floats your boat...in case you like it shaved you o in case you do not you do not!! I even have under no circumstances been with a guy and been like oh my god you're able to shave your butt!!!
