Don't take weight loss pills. Seriously if any of them actually worked nobody would be overweight would they. And a lot of them can be detrimental to your health.

60-75lbs is a big goal, would you still be in a healthy BMI range if you lost that much? I hope you're not aiming for a skeletal look. And I hate to break it to you, but if you have shapely hips now, losing weight won't change your bone structure. You can lose fat from around your hip area, but the actual size of your hip bones will not change no matter what you do.

To lose weight healthily and keep it off you need to change your lifestyle, no faddy or crash diets, don't go cutting out major food groups and definatly no pills!

If you're taking in less calories than you're using up then you WILL lose weight. Just avoid processed foods, fizzy drinks, fatty foods and get more fruit, veg and wholegrains in your diet. And step up your activity levels. Little changes can go a long way believe me. Anything that is too drastic will not work in the long run, and don't beat yourself up if you slip up from time to time, it takes time to break bad habits and you deserve to treat yourself now and again.

Good luck, and stay healthy!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

since you are young i think it would be easier for you to lose weight by joining a sport or dance class. its fun and safer than pills. you can meet people and make more friends too! like i said you are young so its easier right now for you to lose weight, dont stress. If you really want to take pills i would first ask your doctor to see if its the best opition for you.

Please don't take pills they don't work even for adults.

Check your height and weight on this scale to find out how much you should lose, if any.
