cardio is the only exercise that burns fat (running, jogging, swimming etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min combined with light weight training
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Squats and lunges are the best for those areas. And stairs. Remember, thighs and butt are usually the last places that weight comes off for women, so be patient, and be consistent in your diet and workout.

Nothing but overall general weight loss works, really. Usually the first place you put weight on is the last place it comes off. Not encouraging I know; but true. But it sounds like you are getting a handle on things. Congratulations, and be patient. It will come off.

i starred this question cuz id like to know some more things...but that sounds like me.
the exercises i do have definitely helped me out
but id still like mine to be smaller!
lay on ur side and put ur body into a right angle. likeee u can curve ur body around the corner of a table if that helps. then u lift ur leg on top slowly up and down.
another thing is to just lay straight and do leg lifts like that.
another thing is even though lunges and squats make ur legs look better and more muscular, it makes them bigger from the muscle. so stay away from those!

i hope it helps...good luckk=]

u need to massage/exfoliate the area to make the skin less fatty but exercise is the only real option. try getting some ankle weights to wear while walking/exercising and do at least 30 squats once a day...
