Alright, it doesn't sound like you need to go on a weight loss program, you just need to cut up a little.

When I cut, I increase my water intake. Make sure you get plenty of water.

Lift weights. Go for high reps with little rest in between. You may want to do a circuit.

Do 30-45 minutes of cardio each day.

Eat 5-6 small 200-500 calorie meals a day, about 2-3 hours in between. This will boost your metabolism.

Replace starchy carbs with fruits and vegetables. Don't completely eliminate starch, but cut down on starch and get your carbs from fruits and vegetables.

Make sure that you are working your abs. It works best for me to hit the different parts of the abs on different days. For example, alternate every other day between upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and isometric bridge holds. (Work your abs every other day and cycle through the different sections.)

When on the PC, watching TV, etc. Try to touch your belly button all the way back to your spinal cord. Don't just "suck in," but work the muscle in there.

Hope this helped.

Sounds like you'd benefit from some "toning": lots of quick repetitions of light-weight bearing exercises. If you have a specific area(s) that you would like to target, then specific toning exercises will be a great help! "Switching up" your cardio exercise can also be beneficial (it keeps your body "on its toes", and helps to burn more calories). Any cardio exercise you do should raise your pulse rate significantly, and should be done for 35 minutes or more in order to prompt your body to continue to burn extra fat throughout the rest of the day.
Also, though you probably already know this, in order to lose weight you must burn more calories than you consume. It might be helpful to keep a "food diary": write down everything you eat (including the amounts) everday, then use an online-food/calorie calculator to figure out how much you consume. That way you'll know exactly how much running (or other activity) you'll need to do in order to lose weight.

Running is a good start. Try taking your bike places, or even walking for that matter, instead of taking your car.

Always drink lots and lots of water. It's been said to take your weight, divide it by 2, and that number is the number of ounces you should be drinking of water a day.

Eat protein, a few carbs, and lots of fruits and vegetables. The brighter and richer in colour the vegetable (and fruit) the better it is for you. Stay away from sugary fruits - stick with blueberries, apples, oranges. Things like that.

Good luck honey:)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Go to mcDonald's and get two double cheeseburgers a large fry and a McFlurry while stressing. Then on the way home buy a pint of Ben & Jerry's and eat that while sitting on the sofa.

do not try those diet programs on tv. it is a waste of money. Just watch what you eat.,calorie wise. Eat slowly, not fast is a proven fact also.

you cant gain a pound from stress, and if you have...well it must have been something you ate.
Walk? its the best/easiest way to loose weight.
