yes. i registered with e-bay a couple of weeks ago as that was the only way i could buy items.. they want your details and for u to agree to their terms and policies.. they do that to minimise problems with fraud.......

yes, because they mostly only accept paypal and you have to rester a account in order to pay for the things you buy or if you sell somthing they have to have an account to send the money to or you can use someones elses account that you trust but don't let e-bay find out.

yes but you have to enter in your personal credit/or debit card number and pin(dont worry they wont hack your account) and then you go through some other steps but after that your ready to bid!happy bidding!
