Acrobat Reader. So i'm going to uninstall Acrobat Reader and use only Acrobat Professional. But the latter has really ugly all white icons which 1)look terrible on the desktop and 2) make eye-search among different pdf documents a difficult task. How can I change the icon for AA professional ? and make it the same as A Reader has or any other suitable?

Copy the Reader icon into the folder where Pro is installed. Right click on the desktop Pro icon and go to properties and change to the Reader icon.

You can change the icons for shortcuts. Sometimes you can right-click on the icon and select Change Icon. If it's not there, then go to windows explorer, click Tools, then Folder Options, then File types.
Scroll to the program you want to change. Highlight it.
Click the Advanced button. Click Change Icon.
You'll need to select an icon from the choices, or browse to find the one you want. Make sure it's an icon file (file extension ico)
