i really wanna lose some weight and be skinny again but i dont know how to do that so ur help is needed

i really wanna get down to about 110 or so for my 8th grade year so i really need to do this

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

About a half hour before you eat any meal, eat about a half cup of cantaloupe. It is a natural calorie eater.
Secondly, find an exercise that you like to do. Now that summer is here bike riding or roller blading/skating is great exercise and fun to do.
Third, make sure you are drinking 8 cups of water a day. Coffee, coke, juice, any sugared drinks do NOT count towards your water intake. And monitor your sugar and carbohydrate intake.
Fourth, don't stress about your weight. Stress can actually cause the body to retain fat, so just stop worrying and have fun.
Your body is changing, and some weight gain at your age is natural.
Do NOT take over the counter diet pills. These can actually cause you long-term damage to your liver etc. If you think you are having a serious weight problem, talk to your doctor. You could have a thyroid problem.

okay. choose an excersise that is difficult for you. swimming, running, anything. then start doing that excersise for 5 minutes straight. the next day do it for 7 and keep increasing by 2 minutes until you get to 25. once you get to 25 do that 6 days per week. the next week (if you feel comfortable) jump up to 30 minutes 6 days per week. also cut out fatty foods. (thats the easiet part)...now comes the hard part. cut out sweets. cut them out everyother week. whne you reach a dieting plateu then you should eat salad only for lunch for one week. the next week add a lean protien. good luck!!! Also, you may grow some over the summer since you are only 13 and you also may naturally lose weight!!

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

Eat healthy.
Avoid buffets, because people have a tendency to overeat if the food is there.
I also have a tendency of eating if I'm bored.
Try to avoid that.
Also try to eat the right amount of portions you need in each food group.

aNd HEY UR just like ME and my sister WEN I was 13: the same height and same weight!...just watch your diet and do exercise.. and ur height will grow so u will lose weight too..

TOOO BAD I HAVNT YET ..maybe wen im around 15..since im onli 14 :(

you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement
