Dear Chita,
Buying things for ones romantic interest is a nice, but EASY way to impress a woman.
However, if you wish to truly impress her with your deeply romantic nature, your time and attention (things money cannot buy) will have a deeper and more heartfelt result.
When you are with your special lady, LOOK her in the eyes and LISTEN to her. Don't always talk about what interests you, but ask after her interests and ask for her opinions. Let her know that sharing what she thinks is important to you. This means do not let your eyes or your ears stray to other women or events taking place around you.
Be certain to try to anticipate her needs. This type of treatment is guaranteed to give your special lady the lift she needs and the assurance that you treasure your time with her.
Oh.... and iambdiem's suggestion about a single flower... now and then, it's a great touch. Keep things new, don't get into a rut.

A shiny new Ferrari with a bouquet of flowers in the front seat. Definitely.
Other than that though... girls are all different. You have to get a sense of what the one you're trying to sweep off her feet is like and buy the broom accordingly. :)

Do something for her that proves you are a good listener. Ex. If she has ever mentioned liking horses go to a place that will rent horses for the afternoon and ride the horses to a secluded place to have a picnic
