eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

excersise daily, drink tons of water, eleminate the fatty foods and replace it with healthier things, change the little things.. even your salad dressing and buttter.. get the ones that say "light" etc. eat 3 meals a day and 2 small snacks.. to keeep you metabilism running. DONT SKIP MEALS. eat breakfast with lots of fiber.. and anything wit lots of protien!!!!! get off the computer and do an activity.

you should see a doctor or a dietitian for that
doing it with other people's advise is not healthy
