drink lots of water,and eat breakfast twice a day...skip dinner for two weeks by substituing breakfast.
also, if you are able, work-out five times a week, as well.

Drink lots of water, and replace it with all other drinks. Eat only three small meals. NO snacking, but if u feel like you will die of hunger, make a snack of chopped apples and carrots (any fruit really). Do things that take ur mind off food, and if you dont like exercising, maybe shop for a couple hours, the walking around is good! And park far away so u have to walk longer.. in around 2 weeks those 10 pounds should be gone!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

do not skip meals and do not crash diet. Drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables, start eating healthier foods with fiber, whole wheat and protein. and exercise, but do something that you enjoy doing. pick a sport or go for hikes if you like nature. swimming is fun too. if you want, get your friends to do it with you, because that makes everything much more enjoyable. Make gradual changes, because if you try to do too much at once you wont be able to stick to it, and whatever you do, make sure it's something that you can keep doing for teh rest of your life, because if it isn't, you will gain the weight back as soon as you stop doing it.

I followed the Body for Life program and I got amazing results. Hmm starting to sound like an info commercial. Check out the book. If you do the program you will need both the book and the journal. you should be amazed.

dont eat mangoes,banana,peanuts,chocolates,burger..
eat light,drink this:

1 glass of water + 1 spoon of honey + 1 lemon
in the morning empty stomach...its gonna help alot.
and carrot juice,orange juice light is good for health.
and dont drink coke not even diet coke.....
in fruits take oranges
