When you say "HELP" ....are you asking for a loan? Cause you are going to have to pay this fine, or ride a bicycle.
EVERYBODY has to have insurance on their car. You knew that and you drove anyway...and then you got pulled over for a traffic violation and got not one, but two tickets. Right?
Pay the fine.

Pay the fine. You knew it was not legal to drive without it. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
