can someone tell me how to get pumped up and ripped so i can pull some hot LA babes on the beach. what exercises should i do and what supplements, steroids?

There must be 6 questions like this a month on answers, I try to post an answer to all of them, in the hope that I might convince one or two of you lunatics not to do it! In the UK at least no steroids can or should be available without a doctor's prescription. They may not be illegal to take, but they do indicate a head in the sand mentality!

It is fascinating to read the reassurances that there are no risks from anabolic steroids, displayed on sites that sell them. They have presumably never had a relative have an early stroke or heart attack.

Side effects of anabolic steroids include : raising blood pressure,raising cholesterol, (both of which increase cardiovascular disease), physical damage to the heart itself, premature baldness, liver damage, the formation of breast tissue in males, liver damage, impotence, shrinking of the testicles and infertility. Women can become hairy, develop a deep voice, and growth can be stunted in adolescents. They also increase both aggression and depression.

So if you would like to spend your life as a depressed, short bald guy with small testicles,boobs and impotence who has an heart attack, this is the way for you!

Exercise and good diet will help and make you healthy, steroids will just ruin your body and it will be pointlessmeeting the babes, you won't be able to do anything with them!

Lift heavy wieghts, 4 sets of only 6 to 8 reps. The wieght should be so heavy that 8 reps is the max you can do. Dont work the same muscle group more than once a week. The muscle needs time to repair after a heavy workout. For example work legs monday, chest tuesday, rest wednesday, back thursday, and shoulders and arms on friday. Be sure to do 15 to 20 minutes of cardio ( tread mill or stationary bike) after lifting so you dont get fat. And dont over do it or you will burn yourself out and dread going to the gym. 45 minutes to 1 and a half hours should be the longest that your workouts last.
As far as supplements go get plenty of protien and creatine for energey. Dont do steriods, getting big muscles fast isnt worth your long term health.

Well if you want to get really big really fast then steroids is your best bet. 4-6 weeks you should see big results. Personally I would never touch them because of the side affects. If you're looking for other ways you should go try getting some protein powder. When taking the powder you should be working out at least once a day. I hope this helps!!!

Building muscle takes time.. Not all "babes" like guys who are buffed, ripped.. What I would suggest is join a gym or get some good equipment. Proper nutrition, rest and you need to stress your muscles enough to make them grow. Steroids?? Nope.. Did them in my youth.. had some serious problems(cardiac) 20 years later. Creatine might be good enough. Check out your health food stores on good quality creatine. Work out, eat properly and rest should make it happen.. Not all of us have the muscle building ability to end up like a top notch body builder,but you can build size and look good enough for the "babes".. good luck.

you have alot to read my good friend, it will take you atleast 3 months to construct a decent lifting routine, good bulking diet and cardio program, and thats just the start.

do you realise why so few people have large muscles and are ripped? because most people dont educate themselves nor persist in a productive program. you cannot just pop roids, supplements and achieve. to achieve a good physique means become knowledgable in many areas, nutrition, muscle gain, fat loss, supplementation, cardiovascular routines e.t.c

bodybuilders understand the science behind it all, this is why they are successfull. you have pre determined aesthetic capability, to fulfill it you need to maximise your knowledge and apply it, it starts with bodybuilding.com it will take many years of hard work to achieve a big muscled and low fat body.

if you are serious about it, yahoo answers isnt your best choice for advice, it takes alot of reading.

Avoid the roids! You're much better off just getting a high protein diet, and plenty of time in the gym. Egg whites are one of the best high-pro, low-fat foods, so load up on em. I just nuke 3 whites in a small bowl (covered by a saucer) for 2 minutes - and voila. If you want to increase mass, and not just tone up, then go for low number of reps, but max weight. If you just need toned, then high reps, low weight. After you get some bulk, you can work on trimming the calories and hitting the aerobics and situps to get the six-pack abs.

No steroids!
Eat alot of foods and shakes with protein.
Work out alot to have the protein build your muscles.
Make a schedule for lifting alot weights. One day for your upper body and the next day for your lower body, do that twice a week (total 4 days). the 5th day work on both upper and lower body, and have the weekends off. Body needs to rest sometime, and a very healthy diet.

you could take the easy root and try talking to the la babes when ya got personality kid Sky's the limit oh and steroids give you droopy dick 1 sure fire way of not impressing the Lady's

A girl I know says she prefers a man to look like a Manx kipper, so why the need for bulging muscles? If all else fails find a girl who wears thick glasses and breath on them, she will think the heavy breathing is excitement and won't notice you have a skinny body. It worked for me..............
