You need to go to the pet store and buy a kitten formula that you mix with water and feed it with an eye dropper. If you can't afford to take care of it by all means take it to your local humane society.

Go to Wal Mart or a pet shop they sell stuff called Kittens milk or mothers milk you will want to also buy a small bottle or an eye dropper. you will have to feed it every two hours and rub its anus and genitals very gently with a warm wash rag to stimulate it to go to the bathroom after every feeding do this until it does go....that's what a mother would do for it. Also keep it very warm. If using an eyedropper to feed it you will need to put just a few drops in its check area at a time if using a bottle make sure the nipple has some milk to start on the tip so baby kitty will want to eat. Good luck and it's lots of work....You will have to do this until the kitten is about 6 weeks old.WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT FEED IT COWS MILK. KITTENS CAN NOT DIGEST IT.Just read your update, do you have any chicken or beef broth? if so soak a washrag in it the kitten should suckle on this for a bit. But get to a store as soon as you can.

Go to the pet store and get some formula for kittens and a bottle. (They sell these at PetSmart and probably at Petco, too.) You will need to bottle feed him for a few more weeks.
It is too little to eat solid food. Even if it is eating a little solid food at that age it won't be enough to survive on- it will need formula.
First thing on Monday take your kitten to the vet and get a check up and ask about feeding. The vet may have a better kind of kitten formula.
You will also need to rub his little bum and belly with a cloth. Normally his mother would do this to help him relieve himself.

The kitten is way too young to be away from its mother. I wish you could bring it back to its mom so it can learn the skills to survive. If that's not possible, then please go online and look up how to care for a kitten. Definitely don't give it milk. Cats cannot drink human milk, they will get sick from it. Go to the pet store and find kitten formulas.

Kittens that age need a special formula...they cant eat cat food yet. I suggest calling a cat rescue today and have them take over. The poor thing will starve to death if you dont do something now.

If it is only 2-3 weeks then you need to go to a pet store and ask if they have a bottle for a kitten and kitty milk formula.

Oh dear. If he's that little, he should still be nursing and probably doesn't have teeth yet- at least, not much.
You could try baking a piece of chicken (No salt or spices!) and running that through a food processor with egg, until it's a puree. But as soon as you can, find some kitten milk formula.

by the milk at the store and make sure it says something like cat milk and absolute give it regular milk because that would give it diarrhea and if it wouldn't eat the cat milk then use a cat bottle and then put the milk in it

If you are anywhere around Boston or the MA/NH line let me know and I'd be happy to come get the kitty and bottle-feed it KMR until at least 6 weeks.
