this may sound retarted but im like 101 pounds and i have a pot belly. how do you get rid of it by not excersicing or killing yourself of hunger?and without a diet either...

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I had the same problem.

I reduced the amount of food I ate by 1/3 to 1/2.

Also, I cut down on the carbs, eliminated fast food all together and also cut out the pop.

I went to fast food places several times a week, and now I rarely go. When I do, i only get a sandwich, no drink unless it is a coffee, and NO french fries or hashbrowns.

I also increased my protein intake so my body will adapt to burning more protein and less sugars for energy.

You have to work to get rid of a pot belly......You can't just sit around and hope it goes away....I'd try ab exercises that aren't too strenuous if you don't want too much exercise, but to get rid of the potbelly you have to so something...Good luck! =)

pay for surgery or lyposucting..or maybe you could do a sponsored marathon to make the money for the lypo, then you will get skinny and use the money to get new clothes!!

you should try putting ceran wrap around your tummy while you sleep, it will make that area sweat more!!! also i hear drink green tea helps to shrink the size of your tummy!!!
