4 pieces of weight watcher toast with cheese.
bowl of low fat cereal and raisins
1 1/2 pitta bread
pot of cottage cheese with pineapple
mixture of cucumbers, tomatoes and spring onions.
yoghurt
2 x digestive biscuits
salmon portion
small portion of white rice
stir fried vegetables with low fat noodles.
toast with marmite x 2

4 x cups of tea
3 glasses of cranberry & blueberry juice

fruit juice has a lot of calories and sugar - you could have replaced that with flavored water
white rice - replace with brown or wild rice
stir fried - i hope it was made without oil which adds a lot of calories (120cal in one tablespoon)
otherwise it looks like you are getting enough calories, try eating more veggies

maybe less bread (2 slices) and less juice (2 cups), drink water instead of juice most of the time.
