How can I blur faces using Windows Movie Maker?

I'm trying to blur a friends face out of a video I made how can I do this using Windows Movie Maker on my computer?

Windows Movie Maker doesn't support blurring a small portion of your video image. If you want to blur a portion of the screen (like your friend's face), you'll have to use a different video editing app. Pinnacle Studio does this extremely well and makes it easy to do it.
