tarsometacarpal is not a real joint. all the others are actual joints in the humnan body.

You have got the answer but let me repeat it
tarsals are in the foot and metacarpals in the hand so it is not possible to have a tarsometacarpal joint

Tarso metacarpals ? Are they same as Carpo metatarsals ? They can`t exist as joints

Sinobial fluid in the joints will make that cracking noise, so by deduction if it don't crack it might not be a joint. Atlantoaxial is in the back bone or vertebrae and not strictly a joint so will it crack?

tarsometacarpal. Your tarsals are on your feet, your carpals are on your hands. They are nowhere near each other.
