i dont know what surgical cancer is......however, if u meant cervical cancer.......then heres a list:
>early cervical cancer - Vaginal bleeding
- contact bleeding
- (rarely) a vaginal mass
>advanced cervical cancer - loss of appetite
- weight loss
- fatigue
- pelvic pain
- back pain
- leg pain
- single swollen leg
- heavy bleeding from the vagina - - and bone fractures

Do you mean cervical? I hope you can't get surgical cancer.
