I'm 13 years old, 99 pounds, 5 feet, usually walk/jog 4 miles a day. Don't play any sports at all...

Honey, if you are counting raisins then you are probably not eating too much.

Lighten up (no pun intended).

you did not consume that many calories, the only high calorie thing is the pizza hut, but after eating fruit and raisins all day you should be eating more. Stop counting raisins, and if you are jogging that mush (which is ridiculus at your age) you should be consuming AT LEAST 2,000 calories. And 50% of the calories should come from carbs...that is fruit, grains etc. you should be eating mroe vegetables and not worrying so much it is a bit obsessive

that's probably a normal amount of food. if you feel guilty, then the only thing i can recoment for lowering the calories is maybe cut the peanut butter and the Pizza Hut stuff. otherwise, it sounds pretty much normal. plus, that running probably burns about 1000 or more calories. If anything, you should be eating more to compensate for the run.

If your only 13 you need a little more calories than adults b/c your growing. The amount you ate sounds just right until you said you run daily and then it sounded like you should have eaten a little more. However, eat when your hungry, stop when you are not hungry anymore. Keep up the healthy exercise. If you eat healthy like you did you can eat more.

You are supposed to eat around 2,000 calories a day. So if you only ate 1,465 that's good. Plus you are only 99 pounds so there is nothing to worry about. You are only 13 and you shouldn't worry about your weight that much! I think you need to eat MORE actually. And if you really feel guilty just take a walk or something to work the calories off! But DON'T UNDER-EAT and then OVER-EXERCISE. That is very bad for you!!

if you are 5" and weigh 99 pounds, then hunny you did not eat enough. even if you ate 02938290 doughnuts today your not going to gain weight from that. as long as you feel full and your not starving yourself, dont worry about how much you ate. you eat pretty much healthy foods and exercise which is more than most people can say for themselves so you really shouldn't worry about it. try counting calories if your conscious about it, 2,000 a day is usually normal

maybe, If you think so you should try to exercise, try new sports like soccer ,basket ball ,dance, or simply jump rope, you will be surprised at the results when you do some thing you love and loose fat while doing it!
I also recomend eating healthy maels, not because something looks bad means it tastes bad!

No not at all, you eat pretty healthy, veggies hardly have and calories in them. So eat a lot of them.
Just remember the more you workout the more you can eat!

sound like you need to eat and stop thinking about your weight when you weigh 99 pounds and you are only 13. you should at least eat 2000 cals a day. ask your mom to take you to see a therapist. you are to small to be worried about something like this.

That sounds fine chick. You are eating a VERY balanced diet and you also mentioned that you are doing regular exercise. However, try not to overdo it, you are young and your body needs food/energy. I notice that you have not had many carbs??!!! That is not good if you are doing that amount of exercise! You should have plenty of carbs if you are doing physical exercise as this is stored energy.

hell no, I would die from starvation if I ate that little, the only high caloric food was the Pizza bread other than that it is all low calorie high fiber foods which is good
