I use to HOLD my NOSE when my mother would FORCE me to eat my SPINACH.
That's just a sentence........I've always liked spinach.

I was trying to hold a sneeze and when I couldn't the force was so hard that the spinach I was eating came out of my nose.

My sister swore if I didn't stop, she would force my nose into a bowl full of rotten spinach and hold me there until I couldn't breathe.
You can make a lot of sentences using those words. Spinach isn't all that bad-tasting, anyway.
