We can't know, because we don't know how much does he weigh. So it's 100pounds plus a half of x. Right?
No, not right. I thought about and it's like this:
100 + x/2 = x / x2
200 + x = 2x
x = 200

Is it right now?

trick question, the man's weight is not reveiled. if he weighs 100 lbs + half of his weight, you all say 150 right? wrong, because then he weighs 150 lbs, therefore 100 plus half of 150... 175 but since that is now his weight, he has to weigh 100 + half of that 175, it is a wild circle... a answerless riddle... TOP THAT!!
