What to give my friend as a gift for her Quinceanera..??

first a Quinceanera is when a spanish girl celebrates her year of becoming 15. whens he become 15 she is reecongnized as a women. i need to get my friend a gift for her Quinceanera. it is like a birthday pary but very much more formal. any ideas of what to get her

It would depend on her. I would get her something nice that she can wear forever. A cashmere sweater, a piece of jewelry, a book. A nice piece of sculpture or artwork. It is a birthday present after all and it really depends on her personality. What interests her? Get her something that shows you respect her desires/dreams for the future. If she wants to be a doctor, something that reflects that. If she has interests in art, perhaps a large canvas or new set of paints.
