No. A Schengen Visa is valid only for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Switzerland follows a different visa regime and you'll need a seperate visa (Swiss visa) for that country. The Swiss visa can also be used to travel to Liechtenstein, if you make a request at the Swiss diplomatic mission while submitting your visa application.

If your nationality needs a Schengen Visa, you'll also need the Swiss visa. Switzerland allows visa free travel only to certain nationalities, who, in most cases, will not need a Schengen visa.

i imagine of it would want to be useful. My bf is a Ukrainian nationwide, and he has a French visa to stay in France and do study. We vacation an outstanding form of alternative places (i'm an American, so no concerns for me) and his French visa is a Schengen visa, so it truly is helpful. i imagine of each of the Schengen countries use the Schengen visa type, so in all danger yours is one too. yet i'd double study it to verify. no count number style if this is a Schengen visa, then i imagine of all you p.c.. is your visa and that is it. No limits. sturdy success!
