Any kind of hate is hate if it is religious or non religious .Are atheist trying to rule the world and become god themselves?
by putting silly hate like racism of colour and class and always working to make people feel that they are good for nothing so do plastic surgery to look beautiful..Why dont they come up with good ideas to make people feel positive about themselves rather than just barking like a dog on religious people..And finding ways to bring the church,mosque etc down

Terisina: Unless you are not one with God its easy to fall prey to unbelief.True christianity means carrying your own cross following Jesus steps which christians nowadays cant do ..If you are an American and have a Brit ways you cant be called an American .Its the same with christianity if you cant do what Jesus said then you do not obey God and you are not a christian.

Stop it, Just stop it. Christians are the one who put bush in office. Atheist Do not think of themselves as gods. Atheist do not want to rule the world. Unlike Christians who HAVE been working towards that. And yes hate is hate. So what do you think YOU are doing. What are YOU doing for peace and a better world? Maybe you should concentrate on yourself instead of fueling hatred for people who don't believe as you do. You know nothing about atheists. All you know is the
Hateful propaganda that has been shoved down your throat.

Religion breeds hate in the minds of it's followers.

Examples of religious wars:

* Christians vs. Muslims
* Christians vs. Jews
* Jews vs. Muslims
* Christians vs. aboriginal 'Heathens'
* Muslims vs. Hindus
* Hindus vs. Sikhs
* Various African Religions

These wars pop up all over the world. We have had them in every continent. From the Crusades to the Moors invading Spain, to the Turks invading the Balkans, to the various battles in India and Indonesia. While religion should have been 'compassionate' and the all loving force of God, it turns out to be the strongest separating force, together with race.

Religious Sects and Sub-cultures:

Wherever we have a mixed culture we can live happily together until one of the parties gets as large as 10% of the total population and decides to emphasize its own 'cultural heritage' or 'religious background'. That is when we get unrest, revolution and sectarian wars e.g.:

* Protestants vs. Catholics
* Shiite Muslims vs. Sunny Muslims
* Moderate Sikhs vs. fundamentalist Sikhs

Fundamentalism exists in any religion. It is at the heart of all religious strife, whether denominational or sectarian. It breeds hatred and intolerance to different views. It is all about power and lack of compassion, lack of love.

Therefore, religion is more likely to destroy us than to save us.

Moreover, religions around the world are known to discriminate on the basis of race, gender, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. Atheists, if you didn't know already, are very open-minded.

I love a good rambling in the style of Rodney King.
Kramaste has hit home run! Christians are responsibe for ALL the hate in everyone. (tongue in cheek)
What I really mean is, Kramaste has possibly won the most absurd comment of the day award.
The world is at war, because of humans. Regardless of political and religious tendencies, humans, have been dominating each other with ideology, not religion.

I don't believe that you are perceiving this world accurately. The fighting in Iraq is caused by the same thing that has been causing mid east war through out the ages, religious differences, not Atheist differences. And racists tend to be religious.

That's funny!

Are you aware that the religious books of Christianity, Islam and Judaism all start with basically the same creation story.

Now, what wars are the Atheists, Pantheists, Pagans or Hindus fueling?

Dear babe! in the truth!
You need to learn that no one can breed hate in a soul (person) who truly has dedicated their lives to the true and eternal God of love, power, justice and wisdom. Blaming, whether from one group or the other, is absolutely counter-productive and leads nowhere but down-hill and serves no good purpose at all as it takes any form of power and or control away from the one who blames, as it leaves this one the victim of circumstances rather than in control of their own fate! If it has been your interpretation that others bark like dogs, why should that hurt you so? I tend to ignore barking dogs... especially if they aren't mine... Minding one's business is as important in the Bible as not murdering anyone... I leave you with the homework of finding it for yourself as it is in a very small book, namely the book of Peter... read it slowly and meditate on what you will find! which will help you much more than if you go on allowing any sort of barking affect you and your peace of God that should excel all things if you only apply the knowledge from that holy book which is supposed to lead to wisdom itself! and not frustration...
Peace my dear!
and Agape!

"except bringing divorce"

You are a riot. Look up your history. The Church of England was founded on issues of divorce. You have enough lies and hate in you to fuel a dozen Jihads.

Do I an Atheist have the power to influence your mind so much?

Are you so easily led that I an Atheist can guide you to anger and fuel you into war?

Is your religion, church, mosque, belief so fragile that my view and opinion as an Atheist can bring it down?

Is your self-worth so fragile that my views and opinions as a Atheist can destroy you?

It is easy to blame someone else for your problems and fallacies, it is much more difficult to take responsibility yourself...

Do you mind shed some proof on this? Until you do, you are falsely accusing us of something you have very little evidence or even proof to such a claim in a form of a question.

Do you like gay people? Or do you hate them because the bible calls homosexuality an abhorrence?

Do you like Muslims? Or do you hate them because their religion differs from yours?

If you truly harbor no hate in your heart against anyone, then you're more than welcome to accuse us of being hate-mongerers. As long as you keep in mind that historically, Christianity has been the largest cause of intolerance and hatred, of course. And still is.
