But no, those are 100% of the time false, just people trying to get either your details, or they are trying to get your money. Should you reply, you will get a message telling you that you need to pay a handling fee before you can get your win.

Never reply to anything like this as they always ask for money without you seeing a panny back from it. Dont even look into it, just get rid of the message and block the people who sent it!
It is a technique called phishing.

chances are its just some random thing that picked your name up and is some timeshare scam type of thing

you could always try it and see what it says

Please do NOT RESPOND TO IT!! This is a hoax, a scam. Please go to Snopes.com or Urban Legends. I couldn't be more serious. They are getting a lot of that. Give no personal information as they will take your identity and clean you out.
