your profile-don't you put a picture of your borther on . the words in the sentance are mixed up and not gramattically correct...here is translation word for word
שלך-your or yours
לא-no or don't
תשים-put
איזה-a certian somethin (in this case the picture)
תמונה -picture
של-belonging to (of)
אח -brother
שלך-your or yours
ב-in

The first 2 words are out of order, but it
means something like
