Well if they know it and won't go with you, I don't think you can force them to. If you want you can keep trying or just go on to someone that will want to be with you.

If you truly feel that you love this person and she won't go out with you ... then perhaps the feelings aren't mutual. I assume you've tried asking her out several times but if not then give it a bit more time.
When you've done that and she still doesn't show any interest in you .... my friend .... it is then time to move on. Unrequited love can be a truly devastating thing. You're young and there are tons of girls out there ... surely you'll find the right one. Good luck ! =}

you give it all that you think it deserves.. do everything in your power.. and then you leave it up to them. it can't all be on you.. but you don't want regrets either. fight for them if you think it's worth fighting for. good luck. be open and honest about your feelings always also.
