body needs 50cal/hour for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day. you burn during the day so much more than that.
and what you have ate isnt even enough for somebody in coma.

To look at this list and wonder if you have had enough to eat is really a cry for help.
You've not had nearly enough fruit or veg (5-10 servings a day)
You've had very little protein or really many of the other essential vitamins and minerals you need to stay healthy.
If you starve your body of these natural, ESSENTIAL nutrients it will perceive a famine and respond by storing every calorie possible as fat.
Eat 5 or 6 mini-meals of veg fruit protein and some carbs and you will be thrilled with the result.

Go out and get some exercise. If it's nice enough to go outside, go for a walk, jog, bike ride or something else active! If you have to stay inside, do stuff like jumping jacks, jump rope, run in place, push ups, sit ups, crunches....anything to get moving. I would suggest doing it in a circuit type fashion (2 minutes jumping jacks, 2 minutes crunches etc...) to keep you heart rate up.
Drink some water and if you get hungry later, eat some fruits or veggies!
Honestly, what you ate is not bad. I wouldn't have ate the cereal, as it has a lot of sugar, but it that's all you ate, don't worry about it!

Go for a 6-10 mile walk! That's what I do when I eat over my diet. You didn't eat like 2 pounds of chocolate so don't worry about it!

No seems pretty healthy depending on the portion sizes. Depends on your age i guess. Jogging or walking or any physical activity.
