Try eating some celery sticks and peanut butter (nuts have the healthy oils and fats), try those 100 Calorie Packs at the local grocery, grab an orange, banana, or some apple slices, low-fat/cal yogurt (flavored or plain) is great with some strawberries. Drinking some juice or very cold water quickly can even make your stomach think it's full for a while longer. Even try a tiny platter of sushi if you have a few extra bucks. Just eat low carb/sugar, low trans and saturated fat, and stay away from greasy fast food type items.
