im thinking of a graduation present to give to some of my best friends, but i cant think of anything. one of my friends gave me a toiletry bag with my initials in it, i wanna do something along those lines but i hvae no idea!

Hmmm... How about a manicure set? Is that what you were thinking about? It's not very personal, though.
You could go to Things Remembered and get pen and pencil sets with their initials engraved on it.
What are their interests? You could purchase gifts according to hobbies or interests.
Are they going to college? If you have time, you can go online and buy t-shirts or sweatshirts from their chosen schools.
If all else fails, GIFT CARDS!!!
Money is o.k., too. When I graduated from high school, I pooled the money I received into my college fund. I needed every penny, too.
