You do not need to keep taking protien through out the day. But, eat protien rich foods like chicken, eggs etc. But do take protien drinks before and after work outs (with an hour gap) in small quantities. If you do the right workouts, building muscle is really easy.

so for the sake of simple math if "your" diet is 2000 cals a day then you need to consume 800 cals from protein or 200 grams
