Shellfish I enjoy the rosary, had to stop saying it while driving lol until I found a less dangerous way of counting the prayers. Have you ever tried steering with a rosary in one hand.

Baptism is a Sacrament but if has many rituals. Seeing the joy in the faces of the parents as they proudly present their Child to be dedicated to God. The promise of the God parents whose lives are a witness to the Child and will be as the child grows up. The water used to symbolize the new life with God and death to sin. The gown of purity given to the child. The candle, lit from the Easter Candle, sign of Christ's light of faith being passed on through the parents and god parents to the child. The blessing with the holy oil symbolizing the strength of the Holy Spirit and the other prayers and gestures used symbolizing the faith being passed on from generation to generation. And when this is done during a Mass, the welcome by the whole community if its newest member and the promise to help the parents raise their child in a Christian environment. This is what it is all about and I am proud to be a part of it.

I am extremely touched at the moment of Consecration during Mass when the priest utters the words and the bread and wine become the body and blood of Jesus Christ.
There is nothing more miraculous that the consecrated hands of the priest and his prayer that can achieve this miracle when Christ comes to abide with us.
I love all other rituals that you have mentioned like the holy water, Rosary etc. Everything gives me a sense of comfort and I feel at home. Again, I would welcome the Latin Mass to replace the Novus Ordo Mass because that would increase the awe and reverence attached to the rituals of the Mass.

Obviously, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is first. Then comes the Sacrament of Reconciliation, since it almost makes the Mercy of Christ become tangible (we can almost seem to TOUCH that Mercy when we receive sacramental absolution).

However, there is also a very special place in my heart for the ritual of the Ordination of a deacon to the priesthood. I love assisting at ordinations, because they show in a very special way the Mystery of Apostolic Succession within the Church, through the laying on of hands at the consecretory prayer -- that is the prayer that the bishop says that actually confers the Sacrament of Holy Orders, along with the laying on of hands. (I am also not exactly impartial here though, since I am a seminarian who hopes to be ordained in a few years, God willing).

The Holy Mass. It just doesn't get any better than that. I sometimes pray on my own at home/work, etc., but when I get to Mass... I still feel that surge of tearful joy that I felt when I was confirmed 2 years ago at the age of 30. The Mass is everything. Sometimes the Presence of my Lord is all I care about.

God's peace be with you!

Holy Communion is #1 in my book. I love everything that you have listed. I used to not like the Peace be with you sign because I was so disgusted by the Liberals in my Church you could never tell who was a real Catholic and who was not until I thought well, those are the people you really want to wish peace on because it will be impossible for them to have real Peace until they come around to the Church's way of thinking so now I whole heartedly wish them Peace.
