How do you say "please excuse my grammer" in spanish?

The literal translation would be "por favor disculpa mi gramática" but if you say it like that, it wouldn't sound natural in Spanish, it looks like a phrase with Spanish words using English syntax. You better off saying "Discúlpame los errores gramaticales (por favor)", but don't say "mi gramatica". I noticed that the Spanish language tries its best to avoid possessive pronouns when not required. Also you don't have to say "por favor" because when you use the verb "disculpar".you're already begging for indulgence.

I changed it a little, saying "Please excuse my mistakes in grammar." Nobody needs to excuse "my grammar" if it is correct!
